Going to School

It is the first day of school. Little Elephant gets ready.

Little Elephant puts a pen in his backpack.

Little Elephant puts a pencil in his backpack.

Little Elephant puts a book in his backpack.

Little Elephant puts a textbook in his backpack.

Little Elephant wears his backpack.Little Elephant goes to school.

Little Elephant walks into the classroom.

The other students laugh. “Little Elephant’s shoes are on the wrong feet!” they say.

Little Elephant hides under the tree. The teacher walks over to him. “Look at your shoe and your foot,” the teacher says.

“This one is the right shoe.”

“This one is the left shoe.”

Little Elephant’s shoes are on the correct feet. Little Elephant walks back into the classroom. Everyone is happy for Little Elephant
