A little hedgehog lived in a cozy bush. It watched other animals play in the sunny meadow.

Oh, how it wished to play too! It took one tiny step out. Squeak! It quickly hid back inside.

A bright yellow butterfly fluttered by. It danced, zig-zag, right past the bush! The hedgehog stretched its nose.

Zip! The butterfly flew away. Oh no! But then, a red berry bounced right to the bush! Pop!

The juicy red berry rolled. Plink! It stopped just outside the bush. Oh, so close!

The hedgehog took a deep breath. One step, two steps! It grabbed the berry. Munch, munch! A friendly bunny hopped over to say, "Hello!"
Taking a small step can lead to big new adventures.
What made the hedgehog finally leave its bush?
