Little Rabbit bounced through the meadow, his nose twitching with excitement, until he spotted them: the juiciest, reddest berries he had ever seen, high on a thorny bush.

He hopped and stretched, pushing himself high, but the sharp thorns poked his nose, and the tantalizing berries remained just out of reach.

A sturdy fallen branch lay nearby. "Perfect!" thought Little Rabbit, and he pushed it against the bush, hoping to knock the berries down.

Instead of berries, a grumpy squirrel, disturbed by the rattling branch, chattered angrily from inside the bush and began throwing down small, unripe twigs.

Little Rabbit sighed, watching a big, round rock warming in the sun nearby. Then, he noticed a tiny, adventurous ladybug slowly crawling up the rock, then onto a low branch, higher and higher.

A new idea sparked! He carefully rolled the smooth, round rock close to the bush, then hopped onto it, standing tall enough to finally pluck the juiciest, ripest berry and pop it into his mouth.
Sometimes, the best solutions are found when you look at ordinary things in a new way.
What did the Little Rabbit use to finally reach the berries?
